Readyman 2004 - Over 300 Webelos, 150 parents, and 50 staff members.
Preparation starts many months beforehand.
Participants are registered upon arrival.

There are twelve classes going on at the same time throughout the morning.
Hundreds are fed in 45 minutes.
Afternoon activities move outside. Demonstrations, tours, and activities.
