First Responder Credit Card Payments
for Scouts, Scouters, Family, and Public
 
Please use the links below to pay for First Responder classes with a debit/credit card or Paypal account.

Note: AMT Members should NOT use this page for payment.

One Person with equipment

$130 (registration with BP cuff, scope, pocket mask)

One Person no equipment

$100 (registration fee only - has own equipment)

One Person pocket mask

$110 (registration and pocket mask only)

Two Persons no equipment

$200 (registration fees only - has own equipment)

Two Persons one set full equipment and one addl pocket mask

$240 (registration fees with one BP cuff, one scope, and 2 pocket masks)

Two Persons with Equipment

$260 (reg fees with 2 BP cuffs, 2 scopes, and 2 pocket masks)

Three Persons no equipment

$300 (registration fees only - has own equipment)

Three Persons one set full equipment and two addl pocket masks

$350 (registration fees with one BP cuff, one scope, and 3 pocket masks)

Three Persons with Equipment

$390 (reg fees with 3 BP cuffs, 3 scopes, and 3 pocket masks)

Paying online is a separate registration event.  Please complete online registration first, so we can match your payment with your names.  Online payment is NOT a registration.

1.  To pay, determine the number of participants and click the PayPal logo from the correct amount below.  Have your credit card available.

2.  When you see the PayPal screen, select "If you have never paid through PayPal - Click Here".  You do not have to be a member of PayPal to complete this transaction.  However, you will receive an email inviting you to activate a PayPal account (optional). 

Note->  If you are already a PayPal user, just use the links below, login, and execute a standard payment to our holder of the PayPal account for AMT: "amt@auroramedteam.org".

3. Enter your information.  If asked, select "no shipping" costs, as this is a service type transaction.

4. When you have the forms completed click SUBMIT only once, and await the credit card verification.  You can print this verification as your receipt.  You will receive confirmation from PayPal by email.
