Paying online is a separate registration event. Please complete online registration first so we can match your Payment with your names. Online payment confirms your online registration.
If you want to Pay by check those instructions were emailed to you when you registered.
To Pay by Credit Card please select the appropriate logo below. This will take you to PayPal. Follow the instructions. If you have a PayPal account you may select that option for Payment once you login to the PayPal site.
Prompt Payment is appreciated, as we have to order your materials and books in advance.
